There is a mystery about white and its this - Its NEVER white....
White is a reflective. That means it like a light magnet. White picks every available flavour of colour near where the white is located and give it back as white with a flavour. One of those flavours will dominate. It the surface has many planes, then, each plane will project any number of potential flavours from where the white is located. White is never Becker's Ice Cream boring but Ben & Jerry's beautiful.
